Hi, I’m Katie
I’m a qualified counsellor supporting adults, children and young people across Dorset and Purbeck.
I offer a warm, person-centred and non-judgemental approach, creating a space where you can talk openly, explore what’s happening and feel genuinely heard.
I believe counselling should feel safe, supportive and individual to you. My role is to listen, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and support you in finding a way forward that feels right for you.
I’m particularly passionate about supporting children, young people and families, as well as adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low confidence, bereavement and life changes.
Face-to-face sessions available Wednesdays & Saturdays

Supporting children, young people & families
I’m particularly passionate about supporting children and young people through the challenges they may face as they grow.
Anxiety, school pressures, friendships, family changes, low confidence and difficult emotions can sometimes feel overwhelming — and young people don’t always find it easy to put those feelings into words.
My aim is to provide a calm, welcoming space where they can feel heard, understood and supported at their own pace.
I also understand how important it is for parents and carers to feel reassured and informed, while respecting the young person’s privacy and appropriate safeguarding boundaries.
