Adult Counselling
A space to pause, talk and make sense of what’s happening.
Life can feel overwhelming for many different reasons. You might be experiencing anxiety, stress, low confidence, relationship difficulties, bereavement, or simply feel that something isn’t quite right.
Counselling gives you time and space to focus on yourself, explore what’s happening and begin to understand your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
Face-to-face sessions available

What I can support you with
You don’t need to have everything worked out before coming to counselling. We can explore what’s happening together and focus on what feels most important to you.

Anxiety & worry
Support when worries feel difficult to switch off or begin affecting everyday life.

Stress & overwhelm
A space to slow things down when life feels too much.

Confidence & self-esteem
Explore difficult self-beliefs and build a kinder relationship with yourself.

Relationships
Support with communication, boundaries, conflict or changes in important relationships.

Bereavement & loss
A safe space to talk through grief, loss and the emotions that come with it.

Life changes
Support through uncertainty, transitions and periods when life feels different or unsettled.

What counselling with me is like
You won’t be expected to arrive knowing exactly what to say.
We can begin wherever feels right for you and take things at a pace that feels manageable.
My approach is person-centred, which means our sessions are shaped around you, your experiences and what you need from counselling.
I’ll listen without judgement, help you explore what’s happening and support you in understanding yourself more clearly.
Counselling isn’t about being told what to do — it’s about having the time and space to work things through in a way that feels right for you.
50-minute sessions | £60 per session
